Cheddar Cheese Bread
2 cups flour-4t. baking powder-1 T. sugar-1/2 t. onion salt-1/2 t. oregano-1/4 t. ground mustard-dash of garlic powder- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese-1 egg, well beaten-1 cup milk-1 T. melted butter.
Combine flour, baking powder,sugar, onion salt, oregano, ground mustard, dash of garlic powder, and set aside. Combine egg, milk, and butter. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just enough till moistened. Spread batter in greased bread bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until a toothpick pulls clean.
R/B's Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese
2 cups shell macaroni-2 cups milk-2 eggs-2 cups shredded cheese-4 tablespoons butter-3-4 cheese
slices.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook Shells per package directions.
Cut butter into several pieces and place in bread bowl.
In a mixing bowl combine milk and eggs till blended then add cheese.
Drain shells and pour hot shells in bread bowl,stirring the shells and butter until melted.
Slowly stir egg,milk,cheese into bowl with shells.
Place your slices of cheese on top of mixture.
Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly, the cheese topping should begin to brown.
If you want to make this a meal, you can add 1 pound of cooked Hamburger broken into about 1" chunks. Diced ham, chicken, or turkey can also be used.
If you want to zest this up, you can add a teaspoon of chilie powder.
For a crispier crust, you could sprinkle some fine bread crumbs on top.
The bowl really makes a great presentation with a nice top crust of cheese.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup water
Mix slightly in
Bread Bowl
Microwave on
High for 2min
45 seconds
Use a pot holder
to remove.
Stir in honey
